The total number of researched items required varies by the item type: Research counters are tied to characters, meaning that new characters will have to research items again. Highlighting an item in the inventory, or placing it into the empty space in the Research Menu, displays a counter of how many more of that item will be required to complete its research. To duplicate an item, it must first be "researched" a certain number of times, which destroys the item in the process. The search bar also has a button at the end of it to clear any text inside it. When searching for an item, if a category tab is open, it will only search through items in that category. The search bar lets players search for specific items. Clicking a category tab shows only items of that type clicking the same category tab again deselects it. The menu has eleven tabs, each for a different item category ( Weapons, Armor, Vanity, Blocks, Furniture, Accessories, Equipment, Consumables, Tools, Materials, Miscellaneous). This menu allows the player to instantly duplicate any previously researched item indefinitely. The Power Menu contains seven different functions: Duplication, Research, Time, Weather, Personal Power Menu, Infection Spread, and Enemy Difficulty. Its interface replaces the crafting menu when opened. The Power Menu can be accessed via the toggle button located under the main inventory slots, above the crafting menu. Journey Mode offers players access to the Power Menu, which is used to adjust the game experience.Enemies are half as difficult by default, and their difficulty can be changed during gameplay using the Enemy Difficulty Slider.

Those are the sort of things I feel I can handle, and I think the story is at least good enough, so I’m interested in mainlining these campaigns. My take on BS is that it needs some plot fixing, and WoV needs gameplay for 5-6 scenarios. My opinion is there are lore issues with AH, and characterization issues with BW, and me doing any sort of significant rewrite with them is not an option that I’m interested in doing. Wings of Victory (1.10) -5 to 25 YW? - How the drakes came from Morogor to the Great ContinentĪn epic quest is what I think would be best to mainline Both could possibly be reworked into a small story sort of campaign like Liberty or An Orcish Incursion, but I prefer to avoid doing that.Īshen Hearts (1.14) 673 YW - Drakes in the Heartfang Mountains fighting off dwarvesīrave Wings (1.12) 237 YW - Takes place on the Shimmering Isle and surrounding areaīurning Souls (1.10) 871 YW - Takes place on Bilheld and surrounding area SoaDO isn’t much of a SoaDO, TSS doesn’t have the Drakes on their own enough for my tastes. Story of a Drake Outcast (1.10) ? YW - Drakes in the north in alliance with dwarves until it is broken. I’d prefer to mainline a drake campaign that takes place on/around the Great Continent. This is a big one– it *doesn’t* taste like coconut. It’s naturally mildly sweet (but there’s no sugar added.) It’s more like almond butter, but made with blended coconut instead of blended almonds. If you’re new to coconut butter, it’s probably confusing.

Edit the Properties of the application shortcut.Download Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection Manager, here.To install and configure the Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection Manager for high-DPI displays An alternative application called the Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection Manager allows for a setting change that makes it display more appropriately on high-DPI displays. Until Microsoft addresses this issue in the built-in Remote Desktop Connection application, there is a workaround. This means that users of our ComsenseOnline service may face this scaling issue. The Remote Desktop Connection application is one of these applications that does not yet handle DPI scaling well. This is great, however some applications do not know how to handle this setting and continue to display in the default scale, which can seem tiny and difficult to read. It is common to set Windows to scale high-DPI screens to 150% or 200% of normal in order to make items on the screen legible. Windows provides an option to scale items up so they appear larger on the display than they would by default. These displays delivery excellent sharpness and clarity, yet there are some areas where usability and compatibility can be problematic.ĭue to the high resolution of these displays, items on the screen can appear very small. It has become quite common for laptop computers to ship with high resolution, also known as high DPI (dots per inch) displays. 7 applied similar FISH-based genotyping to cells grown within a continuous culturing device, greatly extending the duration of time-lapse imaging and expanding the range of measurable dynamic phenotypes. This powerful method enabled screening based on brief time-lapse imaging with comprehensive genotype-to-phenotype correspondence. 6 recently tagged a pooled library with barcodes that could be detected with fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Recognizing the need to expand image-based screens to unstructured pooled libraries, Emanuel et al. Well-based microscopy assays are frequently employed for libraries of limited size, particularly for structured libraries (that is, where known mutants belong to addressable compartments) 5. Technologies based on microscopy allow for a wider variety of phenotypes to be quantified and screened, and often at much higher accuracy than even the best imaging flow cytometers 4. Droplet fluidics can in principle allow for time-lapse monitoring 3, but tracking individual growing cells remains problematic, and low-resolution images fail to accurately capture important phenotypic features, such as localization patterns, segregation at division, cell-cycle effects and expression dynamics. Specifically, because mutants of interest tend to be rare, it is often the case that many hits in cytometry-based screens are false positives arising from phenotypic outliers. Furthermore, because each cell is probed only once, cytometers struggle to distinguish genetically stable properties from transient phenotypic heterogeneity 2. However, these methods only provide endpoint snapshots, and therefore offer little information about growth, intracellular dynamics and responses to environmental changes 1. Their power depends on the size and complexity of the mutant libraries that can be considered, the types of properties that can be measured, the ability to control growth conditions while ensuring spatiotemporal uniformity, and-because many mutations only change the distribution of phenotypes-on how reliably those distributions are sampled for each mutant.įlow cytometry is the cornerstone of ultrahigh-throughput single-cell screening technologies. Genetic screens play a fundamental role in biology by identifying which genes or parts of genes determine phenotypic properties. This revealed novel design principles in synthetic biology and demonstrated the power of SIFT to reliably screen diverse dynamic phenotypes. We applied SIFT to identify a set of ultraprecise synthetic gene oscillators, with circuit variants spanning a 30-fold range of average periods. This platform can characterize tens of thousands of cell lineages per day, making it possible to accurately screen complex phenotypes without the need for barcoding or genetic modifications. After imaging and tracking individual bacteria for tens of consecutive generations under tightly controlled growth conditions, cells of interest are isolated and propagated for downstream analysis, free of contamination and without genetic or physiological perturbations. Here we introduce SIFT, single-cell isolation following time-lapse imaging, to address these limitations. Single-cell genetic screens can be incredibly powerful, but current high-throughput platforms do not track dynamic processes, and even for non-dynamic properties they struggle to separate mutants of interest from phenotypic outliers of the wild-type population. The QR500 reader is a Wiegand enabled device, simple to install, and is perfect for Visitor Management multiple environments. QR codes can also apply to staff as it means they can enter and exit the building to begin their work shifts in a hands-free way.” And of course, the issue of QR codes is electronic, thus avoiding one to one interaction with security operators. “As the user is using a mobile device, the system is on hand and avoids physical contact with any devices. “Overall, think it is fair to say that during this pandemic, access control QR readers have proven their effectiveness and have become a real value-add”, continues McCarthy. This allows for a more secure and controlled environment as only a system operator can create the temporary QR Code in ACT365 and grant access to specified individuals. QR codes are generated directly from the ACT365 cardholder page with validity periods. If the data in the code links up with the QR code reader's data, it grants access to the individual who scanned the code.” McCarthy explains the working mechanics of the solution in more detail: “After scanning the QR code, the reader sends the unique data captured in the code to the service provider. So, when a user is sent a QR code from ACT365 to their smartphone, all they have to do is simply scan this QR code at a QR500 reader, and voila, they are granted access. The QR500 reader has a recognition distance of more than 50mm for QR codes, which can be generated for visitors in ACT365 and sent to them via email. QR codes are indeed know for their simplicity and effectiveness. Now Vanderbilt is adding another layer to their offering by bringing the ACT365 compatible QR500 reader into our already enhanced access control portfolio.” Simple & Effective “Moreover, they have proven to be easy to use, not only for system users but also for end-users. “Access control QR readers offer a convenient and cost-effective method of maintaining order and flow”, begins Paul McCarthy, Product Manager at Vanderbilt. It has fast scanning speeds, high recognition rates, high compatibility, and, importantly, can be connected to ACT365 Access Control Units. The QR500 reader is a new generation of intelligent access control readers. Google has extended its free SMS chat service to India, whereby users can send text messages to mobile phones via Gmail Chat. I think you are on the right track, though. If it's not running too long at all, then you are likely kicking out on the high side due to the overcharge, which does not let the pressure build up. Note also, that as per Dodge, it *should* cycle some - no cycling is on the diagnostic list as a symptom of undercharging. I note that you are a 2008, and that is the manual year that I was looking at, so the charge figure I posted earlier should be correct. Oh, and the manual also shows that a low size pressure of 20 to 30 PSI at 70 degrees is normal operation - so not sure where you got "low side cuts at 25psi - the factory docs show that this system tends to run on the low end on the low size, with a max low side pressure listed at 100 degrees outdoor of 40 to 50. Have you checked high side pressure? The manual (again, 2008, but should be close) shows a high pressure service port in the liquid line, so you should be able to read it. Considering that a lack of charge can be sensed on the high side, and it's the high pressure that you want to cycle on to protect the system, so it may be possible that you are cycling on high pressure, especially considering the amount of refrigerant that you say that you have put in. Looking there, I also do not see (my search has not been exhaustive, though) any low pressure sensor - only a high side sensor. What caused you to decide to put so much in, and to ignore the spec for the charge? Did the system lose everything, or ? If you lost the works, did you pull a vacuum before recharge?Įdit:: Just checked the 2008 service manual - 30oz is the correct charge for a 6.7. I'm too lazy to go look at my truck, but a quick search indicates that the correct charge should be 1 lb 14 oz, or 30 oz total, so if you truly put in "3 cans and 1lb" you are actually grossly *overcharged*, although I can't understand the low size pressure being so low, unless you have a clogged orifice or some such, blocking refrigerant return to the low side. If you are overcharged, however, you may be cycling on the high pressure cutoff. What is the correct charge, as printed on the label under the hood? Any more or less, and you won't perform, although overcharge would tend to give a higher pressure. |
